Here’s what the process typically looks like:
An initial conversation to understand goals, timeline, and whether we’re the right fit. We’ll also take this opportunity to discuss possibilities for your unique property.
The conceptual design phase is where the vision comes into focus. We collaborate with the architect, landscape designer, and trades to develop plans, elevations, inspiration boards, early selections, and furnishing estimates.
In the detailed design phase, all decisions are finalized. We source materials, secure final trade pricing, build the project schedule, and present complete plans, finishes, fabrics, and selections, along with final investment numbers.
With plans finalized, we secure permits, lock in the build schedule, coordinate trades teams, place orders, and schedule inspections. We’re on site with each trade before work begins to review plans, answer questions, and ensure construction starts off right. Weekly email updates keep you in the loop.
This is when your new home’s individual character will really shine. We’ll schedule deliveries for your new favorite furniture and decor, complete any outstanding punchlists, and hand over the keys. Cheers to your next chapter!
