Yes! We think design and construction are like peanut butter and jelly…better together. We wouldn’t build or renovate a home without the expertise of an interior designer and having it all under one umbrella makes the process smoother, and communication seamless.
Day 1. Our first phase is called foundation for a reason. This is where we set the vision and make sure that it’s possible. Laying a strong foundation at the beginning sets the project up for success early.
Absolutely! We are happy to work and collaborate with an architect you have hired.
We will have several meetings during the foundation and planning & design phases. We will set all meetings up at the beginning of the project. As we move to the build phase and beyond, you will receive an email update weekly letting you know what has been accomplished and what will be coming up the next week.
For renovations and construction we use a cost plus model. For interior design we use a flat fee plus margin on furnishings model.

Yes, we do.
We can, depending on your wants and needs. There may be limits as to what we can accomplish within an existing footprint, but our goal is always to make the most of the space you have available. Often, just reworking the space can give you more functionality.
Yes, we manage and coordinate all the subcontractors on our renovations. We handle the building permit and coordinate with the licensed subcontractors (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) as they are required to obtain permits for their specialty trades.
Absolutely! Our goal is always to honor the character of the home. We want you to have all the modern amenities and have it all look original to the home.
We choose to keep our team small so we can personally be involved in each project. You will work with both Jenn and Shriver throughout.

We offer full service design (with or without construction) that includes project management, procurement, and installation. We also offer a mini-design service for those that want some design guidance but would like to handle the project management, procurement, and installation themselves.
Yes. We design all the way through completion—from architectural finishes and fixtures to furnishings, accessories, and final styling. Our goal is to deliver a space that feels cohesive, intentional, and fully finished, so you can walk in and start living in it right away.
Yes. Space planning is a core part of our process. We document your existing floor plan, then refine and redesign the layout with a focus on function, flow, and livability. Our drawings clearly communicate the plan so decisions feel simple and well-informed.
We approach the home holistically, not as a series of individual rooms. Every design decision builds on the last, creating a natural flow from space to space. We also thoughtfully incorporate pieces you already love, using them as a foundation to create a home that feels cohesive and personal throughout.
