And So It Begins

So, here goes…my first blog post.  Heading down this road has been an idea for a long time.  Blogging has always seemed like it could be the perfect way to share all the things I love…writing, design, home projects, sewing, family life.  A minute ago, when blogging first jumped onto the stage, I thought it would be a great creative outlet for me.  However, as I “wrote” many posts in my head, I realized… writing is VULNERABLE.  Being vulnerable is not something that comes natural to me.  Putting something out into the world, even if no one ever reads a word of it, feels scary and a bit intimidating.  However, I also don’t like to back away from a challenge and this feels like a bit of a challenge:) So, welcome to The Redeemed Home.  I hope you find some useful tidbits or inspiration along the way!
